The primary way is to log in as that use.  You can also set a program
to run with the EUID of its owner by setting the SUID bit with chmod:

  # chmod u+s progname

> and where FreeBSD stored group passwords ?

Like other versions of UNIX, FreeBSD doesn't use group passwords.
