Two of our webservers had the same problem last night (named died with signal 11).
We did not see anything like that for almost 2 years. (running FreeBSD 2.1.7)
I wrote a script to check for named every 5 minutes, but this is just a hack.

I would like to know what caused the problem. Any ideas??
