Hi International CTM user!

[ This only applies to those of you who are using the International
Crypto Repository CTM sets ]

Please note that with the "liberalization" of USA crypto laws, it
is no longer necessary to run a separate repository outside the
USA.

John Polstra has announced that the CVSUP collection "cvs-all" will
soon contain previously forbidden code from the "cvs-crypto"
collection. If you receive CTM deltas from FreeBSD USA, these will
soon start to contain this code as well.

The International Crypto Repository will no longer be maintained as
a separate entity, and no further "international" CTMs will be sent.
(The FTP server at internat.freebsd.org will continue to archive
previous CTM deltas for some time.)

Code and repository files that were previously sent to you from the
International Crypto Repository will be in the way of the new files
arriving via the US CTM (or CVSUP if you use that).

You will notice that files that are currently in your tree conflicting
with files that CTM (or CVSUP) is sending. You should back up those
crypto directories that you have, remove them from your local dir
tree and let the US CTMs replace them.

Directories involved are all or some of:

src/crypto
src/eBones
src/secure
src/sys/crypto

Thank you for your patronage!
