Log:
  math/py-matplotlib: Allow build for Python 3.x
  
  - x11-toolkits/{py-gtk2,py-wxPython28} do not support Python 3.x, so
    exclude the GTKBACKEND, GTKAGGBACKEND, and WXAGGBACKEND in that case.
