I finally got the ethernetpart to work:
xe0: Xircom CEM56, bonding version 0x55, 100Mbps capable, with modem

Now I was wondering how I get the modem-part to work.
In win98 its on comport3, but when I do "echo ATDT012345 > /dev/cuaa2"
it all hangs.

what should I do?
