Did you want floppy images? or did you want ISO's?

ISO's are at
ftp://ftp.freebsd.org/pub/FreeBSD/releases/i386/ISO-IMAGES/3.3-install.iso
Install floppies are at
ftp://ftp.freebsd.org/pub/FreeBSD/releases/i386/3.3-RELEASE/floppies/

Hope this helps.
-Chris
