Seems like the data is built in share/ctypedef/Makefile, which comes from
tools/tools/locale.  But share/ctypedef/en_US.UTF-8.src is independent of t=
hat
Makefile and comes most recently from r325361, which updates us to CLDR 32 =
and
Unicode 10.
