It is important to get rid of ONE of the SCSICONFs, and since I proposed to change my biggest complaint NEW_SCSICONF is as good as OLD_SCSICONF. My complaint about NEW_SCSICONF is the one I mention: Moving tape info into scsiconf.c instead of keeping it in st.c.
