https://bugs.freebsd.org/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=3D252289 Bug ID: 252289 Summary: net-mgmt/unifi6: LICENSE incorrectly set to "NONE" Product: Ports & Packages Version: Latest Hardware: Any OS: Any Status: New Severity: Affects Only Me Priority: --- Component: Individual Port(s) Assignee: otis@FreeBSD.org Reporter: john@saltant.com CC: otis@FreeBSD.org Flags: maintainer-feedback?(otis@FreeBSD.org) Assignee: otis@FreeBSD.org Flags: maintainer-feedback?(otis@FreeBSD.org) CC: otis@FreeBSD.org Created attachment 221107 --> https://bugs.freebsd.org/bugzilla/attachment.cgi?id=3D221107&action= =3Dedit Ubiquiti UniFi Network Controller 6.0.43 EULA The update to 6.0.43 sets LICENSE=3DNONE. This is licensed software subject= to a EULA (the "L" is for "License"). IANAL, but I believe the port currently misrepresents the licensing terms a= nd needs to be corrected. See, for example, how net-mgmt/unifi-devel encodes the license: LICENSE=3D EULA LICENSE_NAME=3D End User License Agreement LICENSE_TEXT=3D ${RESTRICTED} LICENSE_PERMS=3D no-dist-mirror no-dist-sell no-pkg-mirror no-pkg-sell no-auto-accept There are other examples in the ports tree where LICENSE=3DEULA. Attached is the text of the EULA as presented during interactive download. --=20 You are receiving this mail because: You are the assignee for the bug.=
