Currently this is done by having corresponding entries in a single routing table for the multiple peer addresses. I have checked in support for FIB support in https://svnweb.freebsd.org/changeset/base/284515 This is a single fib per socket. This way you can have multiple applications on a single host using SCTP and they can have individual setups.
