It looks like you are using lang/gcc47. Can you please go with lang/gcc instead, which is the default/canonical version of GCC? What looks odd is that GCC should imply the use of binutils, and I just confirmed that via reading Mk/Uses/compiler.mk and Mk/bsd.gcc.mk (which has USE_BINUTILS=yes). Tijl, do you have an idea?
