I have the same board and the same problem - though, in addition, I also get a fair number of watchdog timeouts under load at 100Mb. I'd very much like to get this port working (reliably and) at 1Gb and would be willing to help debug the driver if I can (I'm a developer, but have no expertise in the FreeBSD kernel). Alternatively, I'd happily create an account on this box if someone can learn more about it by poking around.
