Add CONFLICTS_INSTALL to www/py-django-happenings (Maintainer Update)

With the update to py27-django-mptt-0.8.3 there is now an install conflict:

=3D=3D=3D> Installing for py27-django-mptt-0.8.3
=3D=3D=3D> Checking if py27-django-mptt already installed
=3D=3D=3D> Registering installation for py27-django-mptt-0.8.3
Installing py27-django-mptt-0.8.3...
pkg-static: py27-django-mptt-0.8.3 conflicts with py27-django-happenings-0.=
3.3
(installs files into the same place). Problematic file:
/usr/local/lib/python2.7/site-packages/tests/__init__.py
*** Error code 70

Stop.
make: stopped in /usr/ports/www/py-django-mptt

I suspect neither port should really be using such a generic location but t=
hey
do so the quick solution is CONFLICTS.
