  It looks like, your "neon" library (www/neon29) installation misses
 OPENSSL option somehow.
  For me, first URL (Blender's one) gives error about unknown/invalid
 certificate (with possibility to ignore this error), and your output
 is rather strange. Please, check, that www/neon29 is built with
 OPENSSL option.
