If Netscape has given-up on FreeBSD, what browser alternatives are there? Clem -----Original Message----- From: obrien Sent: 02 July 1999 04:59 To: freebsd-questions Cc: obrien Subject: Netscape 4.61 Netscape seems to have changed its tune sometime in the last few months about releasing versions of Communicator for less-well-known operating systems. It lists FreeBSD among those for which "another vendor has done a port." However, if you try to download the 128-bit version, and go through the verifier page where you list the street address of your firstborn, etc., it then gives an error popup saying, "Version not selected". Has anyone managed to get hold of the 128-bit version of Communicator for FreeBSD 4.61? And, who did the port?
