That is the domain of a routing daemon, and here again we have yet another we have to fix the routing daemon cause we did something stupid in the FreeBSD kernel. PLEASE rip out the stupid attempt for the kernel to implement a routing policy and restore this to the domain of routing code which has a far better chance of knowing what goes on.
