Great! What worked here for me was: mkdir -p /mnt/win and then mount_ntfs /dev/ad0s1 /mnt/win and *now* I can mount the Windoze drive. The piece of the formula that was missing (probably my oversight) was to mkdir, which you brought to my attention. Thanks!
