Host running CURRENT (FreeBSD 15.0-CURRENT #9 main-n268489-d646dca3bc1b: Thu
Feb 22 20:55:43 CET 2024 amd64), ports tree is up to date.

Trying to install and/or update port textproc/xmlcatmgr fails with the error
shown below:
