While M$ may not have bug-free software, they have done a good job in getting a large portion of the population into the computing world. Without that introduction, a lot of us would not even be aware of a better system, namely UNIX. They have provided opportunities for other businesses to emerge, and this chain reaction HAS provided us with a better economy, but that's getting into politics and all that jazz. Point being - they DID do some good. Forgive me if I got it wrong, but isn't vnc a X client designed run on Windows or other OS ( I am not sure if it supports other types ). I understand your point but I don't like to run anything on Windows since you know and I know M$ SUCKS!
