Log:
  This port requires USES=compiler:c++11-lang to build on GCC-based
  architectures because it wants to link to /usr/local/lib/libtag.so,
  which is compiled with ports GCC, which uses new GCC ABI.
  
  While here, add USES=gnome localbase and pet portlint.
