The file header says:

But the contents says:
1.\xc2\xa0Installing FreeBSD

This is obviously UTF-8 encoding C2 A0 (refering to NONBREAKABLE SPACE, Uni=
doce
0xA0) - but (see above) the file should be iso-8859-1 encoded.

My uptodate Chrome displays nonsence (of cause).
