I tried a few days ago. I didn't look into it very deeply, but it worked for me as soon as I entered a fixed IP address in the Dial-Up Networking connection. This was NT, but I guess it'll work with 95 or 98 the same way. Maybe I'll find the time to try it again the next days. I'll let you know.
