I'm not sure it this is the correct place to report this, but please
note that with the addition of the NSEC3 RR (in version 0.15) to
Net::DNS::SEC there is a new dependency on the p5-MIME-Base32 port.

>From the Changes file:

   Feature: Added NSEC3 and NSEC3PARAM support (RFC5155). 
   This adds Mime::Base32 to the module dependency list. 
   The RR type was still experimental at that time and is maintained
   in Net::DNS::RR.
