Snes9x port on FreeBSD uses some optimization for Pentium processor,
so may be not.

I tried the previous version of Snes9x on Linux with 486DX4-100MHz and
24M memory, but it was very very slow and far from 'playable'! :)

I think it yet slow even on my current machine, K6-2 300MHz...
