One further point.
If I don't copy the files but add /usr/local/rvplayer5.0 to the
ldconfigs path in /etc/rc.conf:
# shared library search paths
ldconfig_paths=3D"/usr/lib/compat /usr/X11R6/lib /usr/local/lib /compat/lin=
ux/usr/i486-linux-libc5/lib /usr/local/rvplayer5.0"
why does rvplayer still give the same error, but if I make symlinks
from /compat/linux/lib to /usr/local/rvplayer5.0/*.so then it works
OK?
