Folks,

bmah suggested that I run this past a larger audience than just him,
as it touches a question that is the closest thing FreeBSD has to a
"mission statement."

The patch fixes two issues:

1) "FreeBSD" is a collection of bits, and as such cannot have goals.
The "FreeBSD Project" is a group of people, and hence can have goals.

2) Plural "goals", but only one goal listed.  The patch changes this
to the singular, rather than creating another goal for the Project to
work forwards.
