https://bugs.freebsd.org/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=3D238482 Greg V <greg@unrelenting.technology> changed: What |Removed |Added ---------------------------------------------------------------------------- CC| |greg@unrelenting.technology --- Comment #23 from Greg V <greg@unrelenting.technology> --- There's a much better solution than 70-no-bitmaps.conf. Much, much better. DO NOT INSTALL THIS GARBAGE IN THE FIRST PLACE! Most people get it via the xorg-fonts metaport. So either its dependency on= the bitmap fonts should be removed, or everything (well, xorg, metisse and tightvnc) should depend on xorg-fonts-truetype instead of xorg-fonts. This is what (good) Linux distros have been doing. https://www.archlinux.org/packages/extra/any/xorg-fonts-100dpi/ https://www.archlinux.org/packages/extra/any/xorg-fonts-75dpi/ https://www.archlinux.org/packages/extra/any/xorg-fonts-cyrillic/ Notice the "Required By" column. --=20 You are receiving this mail because: You are on the CC list for the bug.=
