I'm a bit disappointed. Since the start of June I have had a very well functioning user ppp. I used the ppp version of 9805... which could dial into a Win NT RAS server. Installed 2.2.7 yesterday, and away went my functioning ppp. What is changed? When the machine starts I get an error on the dns keyword in ppp.conf. That's the only indication I have. Sorry! I can't give U any example of how my ppp.conf looks since I have to do this via the alternative NT I have in the box at home, but the ppp.conf worked fine until midnight yesterday when I rebooted with the new 2.2.7 It seems that the box dials up as before, gets connection as before but I can't ping any boxes in the net neither with their "dns-names" nor their IP-addresses. -- regards, Gunnar email: flygt@sr.se To Unsubscribe: send mail to majordomo@FreeBSD.org with "unsubscribe freebsd-questions" in the body of the message
