The php5 port is broken. The port's distro file contains incorrect size hash's. Delete the ports distro file and do "make config" to get options screen. Only option that should be on is the create apache module option. Then do "make install clean" Since this problem was reported to the ports group last week the port config files may have been fix already. Try rm -rf /usr/ports/lang/php5 to delete the old ports config files and then do cvsup to get most current php5 port config files.
