This weekend I'll add some stubs to vm/vm_glue.c that conditionally
compile to either the MI implementation or calling the existing
pmap_{new,dispose,swapin,swapout}_proc() functions.  Once the MI
implementation is running on all platforms, we'll remove the conditional
compilation and pmap_{new,dispose,swapin,swapout}_proc().
