(My last FreeBSD drive died, leaving me to flounder in Dos.) Because of monetary restrictions, I've had to resort to, *gasp*, buying an EIDE drive. (Please don't stone me with outdated microchips.) So, I've got myself a U-DMA IDE drive. So finally, my question is: a) Will this cause me any problems under 2.2.5 ? b) Will I receive any benefit from this U-DMA IDE technology under 2.2.5? thanks for you time david To Unsubscribe: send mail to majordomo@FreeBSD.org with "unsubscribe freebsd-questions" in the body of the message
