Has anyone ever tried compiling mgetty and run into numerous problems? I have followed the instructions in the Makefile and policy.h but I still get compilation errors, however the Makefile script still completes. After making mgetty, I do the make install, add the mgetty to /etc/ttys and when I dial in, the modem does not pick up. The documentation for mgetty is sparse and I have run out of ideas. Here are the compilation options I have set in the Makefile: CCFLAGS= -02 -Wall -pipe -DBSD -DPOSIX_TERMIOS -DAUTO_PPP LIBS= -ldutil I have left the policy.h file at its default. Here are the errors I am getting: divps: file or directory not found troff: fatal error: can't open getty.ms texi2dvi: file not found texi2roff: not found Please tell me what I am doing wrong.
