Use kqueue and polling file monitor fixes from upstream (commit hash update=
d)

The last patch is now committed to the upstream repository, so I updated the
patch to include the correct commit hash.

I am not going to reroll patches in patch-gio_filemonitor just to pass 'make
checkpatch' unless it is strictly required. I think keeping different chang=
es
separated is easier for users to understand and validate them.
