When it starts up, apache does a reverse dns lookup on the IP address
that it's using... it uses this to figure out its fqdn... you get that
error when you don't have a proper reverse dns entry...

Unless you're running your own reverse (unlikely), contact your ISP and
complain that the reverse dns entry for your IP doesn't exist...
