I built a new 4.3-BETA release and have uploaded the ISO. Grab it at ftp://ftp.freebsd.org/pub/FreeBSD/releases/alpha/ISO-IMAGES/4.3-beta-20010319.iso This beta snapshot is believed to have the "going no where without my init" problem fixed. It also was built with ports and docs. Please test this if you can and report thumbs up or thumbs down to the freebsd-alpha@freebsd.org mailing list. I'll start the slow rdisting of the FTP version of the release and it should be up in several hours.
