It isn't finding the secondary controller (wdc1 not found at 0x170).
When you created Sanity2, did you enable the secondary controller. 

Then, you need the two ATAPI lines from the lint but they are usually
in GENERIC unless you trimed them out.

FreeBSD will not always find an ATAPI CDROM it is a slave and the only
device on the controller.
