Hi. I installed gimp-devel (2.2p2) from ports and I noticed some bugs. I reported these bugs to gimp bugzilla, but people there claim that these bugs are not their fault, but FreeBSD's. Still these bugs don't exist in GIMP 2.0. First, when trying to use ink tool with tablet, gimp dies instantly when brush touches the canvas. See: http://bugzilla.gnome.org/show_bug.cgi?id=159000 Second, when using either airbrush or paintbrush tools with tablet and even pressure effects disabled, gimp adds random artifacts to strokes. See: http://bugzilla.gnome.org/show_bug.cgi?id=159127 (example picture and all). These bugs exist with all drivers I have tried: native compiled X.org driver and two linuxwacom prebuilt drivers (0.6.4 and 0.6.5beta). Can somebody test this also? If these problems actually exist for other FBSD users, they make wacoms pretty useless. Cheers, lauri j
