change virtualbox:emulators/virtualbox-ose to
VBoxManage:emulators/virtualbox-ose

vzvol relies on VBoxManage, not VirtualBox itself.
As this was my first port, I didn't catch the distinction until after it was
committed.

Attached is a diff to fix this.
