You want to end up at http://www.freebsd.org/cgi/cvsweb.cgi/src/sys/dev/ata/ Beyond that I don't have any ideas. The date on .../ata is wrong at times. You are only worrying about the ata-disk, which I think was changed on 22 Aug 00 to make the UDMA100 work better :).
