Hello,
  Does anyone know if the maxproc flag in login.conf limits proccesses for 
apaches suexec? I see cgi scripts being run as the owner of the script in 
"ps -aux" so is it safe to assume it should limit web surfers from running 
more than the set numbers of proccesses allowed for the owner of the 
scripts.
