         What does this mean:

     /usr/local/lib/ruby/site_ruby/1.6/pkgtools.rb:27:in `require': \
No such file to load -- time (LoadError)
	from /usr/local/lib/ruby/site_ruby/1.6/pkgtools.rb:27
	from /usr/local/sbin/pkgdb:35:in `require'
	from /usr/local/sbin/pkgdb:35

With a freshly built portupgrade I try pkgdb -u and get the
above. What is it trying to tell me?
