I've installed 2.0.5A on about six different machines so far, from a 386DX40 (with only 5M of memory - works fine) through to a PCI DX4/100. None have suffered _any_ problems like the ones being described here, so I doubt any fundamental distribution corruption. > Tom -- ]] Mike Smith, Software Engineer msmith@atrad.adelaide.edu.au [[ ]] Genesis Software genesis@atrad.adelaide.edu.au [[ ]] High-speed data acquisition and [[ ]] realtime instrument control (ph/fax) +61-8-267-3039 [[ ]] My car has "demand start" - Terry Lambert [[
