(I think) i was not clear. this affects production racks in strange bunker-like facilities. and there is no access to wiring in the middle. the cisco 2511 is molded plastic, molded rubber, and metal all the way to the rj45. the rj45 shell is pre-wired except for deciding which color wire to push into which pin-hole. the pin holes are deep and they are all wired and in place in production pops. sure we can strip and add a wire inside each shell. but it'll be 15 minutes work times *many* systems, and will cost a bunch of money. randy
