The A4 package exists but the letter equivalent does not.  Also in
packages-2.2.5 there is no letter version.  Maybe the letter version
isn't packaged up anymore?

This isn't crucial as I can get the portball and build it myself,
but I didn't notice that I had installed the a4 version until after I had
already wasted some paper printing a4 psnup'd documents.
