Please try 
- optsions "VM86"
- flags 0x40 (and 0x71, 0x70 too)

And I'd like to see panic message especially code segment line like,

code segment            = base 0xXXXX, limit 0xXXXX ,type 0xXX
                          DPL X, pres X, def XX X, gran X
