I don't understand why you'd get this on a mirror. Nobody else has reported it on mirrors of the repository. I recommend that you apply the work-around described in the PR on your mirror site, and make sure you run a cvsup update _without_ the "-s" option afterwards. When you edit the checkouts file, make sure you're editing the one corresponding to the collection that your mirror fetches from its master site.
