: pccardc/pccardd.

pccardd is going to all but go away as all the configuration of the
cards is done in the kernel. Its one remianing function will be to
run scripts when cards come and go. This will likely be subsumed by a
devd which will do this more generically, as ell as provide a way to
implement the policy of persistance for devfs.

pccardc's information gathering functions make sense, but some of its
other functions (setting a memory address, etc) do not and will be
removed. The power functionality likely is one that can be
generically applied to other devices, which would likely result in a
more generic power management command in the long haul.
