Re: timing issues, I did try it on a number of different Intel CPUs ( eg
Xeon(R) CPU E5-1650) of various core densities and speeds and was not able =
to
reproduce the error. However, a number of Ryzen and Threadripper CPUs of
different speeds and core counts were able to reproduce the error. I also
modified the BIOS settings on my unit to turn off HT and change core counts=
 and
it did not impact the compile hang issue.
