I'm a bit surprised by that.  The gs-6.0.1 port didn't fetch png for
me, and I have libpng-1.0.3 installed.

If it doesn't hurt you, you could leave it like that... or if you want
to clean it up, one way is to forcibly delete both and then install
png-1.0.6 only.  The packages which depended on png-1.0.5 may not
recognise the dependency now, but I don't think that's a problem
unless you plan to remove libpng sometime.
