Hey "smarties", Am trying to get something printed from FreeBSD - but nothing seems to come out. I've tried sending itmes such as: # echo hello > /dev/lpt0 But I get nothing! I've even tried to connect two machines via a PLIP connection, but I still get nothing! My printer is a Cannon BJC-3000 which works under RedHat quite happily. It's driving me insane!!!! PLEASE HELP! Follwing is an output from the "dmesg" command: Copyright (c) 1992-2002 The FreeBSD Project.
